Shipping & Returns

Where we ship
We currently only ship within Canada, excluding PO Boxes. In salon or curbside pick-up is free.

Order processing time

Your order will be processed 24-72 hours after payment is made.

Shipping Options

Standard Domestic Shipping:  $15 CDN (Estimated delivery 3-4 business days from order processing)

Expedited Shipping: $30 CDN (Estimated delivery 1-2 business days from order processing)

FREE shipping within Ontario for all orders over $100

*Depending on shipping location, delivery times subject to change


Local Delivery/Pickup

You can pickup your product for free at the salon OR have local delivery for customers located in Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny, Wyevale & Wyebridge for a flat rate of $5.00, however if you live in an apartment building, you must use regular shipping through Canada post. If your order is placed & we find your delivery option needs to be altered due to your location, we will contact you via email.

Taxes & Handling Fees
All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
There is a $5.00 handling fee on all orders.

Damaged Items
If a item is received damaged, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately for a resolution.

Returns on Appliances
All appliances must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. A refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to determine if a appliance was opened or used.

Exchange on Defective Appliances

If an appliance is defective or malfunctions it may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After the 30 days contact the manufacturer directly for replacement/repair.  The manufacturers warranty information is present inside the box

Incorrect Product Ordered
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees to return incorrect items

Request to Cancel Order
If a request to cancel order Is placed after order has already shipped, customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Out of Stock Items
We always aim to keep the shop up to date on stock, but because of high volumes sometimes an item may be unavailable. If this happens we will contact you to notify you of the delay in shipping as we replenish stock.
